This is one of the contents of Official Telegram No. 23, signed and issued by Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh on the evening of November 16, to strengthen measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the area.

Accordingly, from November 17, Hanoi implemented high measures to strictly control people returning from provinces and cities.

Passengers from Ho Chi Minh City arrived at Noi Bai airport after the quarantine on October 11.

People who have not received the full dose or have not been vaccinated returning from high-risk areas (level 3, orange respectively) must be quarantined at home or place of residence for 7 days;

People who have received a full dose of vaccine or have recovered from the disease returning from risk areas (level 2) self-monitor their health at home for 7 days, tested once on the first day.

People who have not been vaccinated or have not received enough vaccine doses returning from at-risk areas (level 2) must self-monitor their health for 14 days;

All of the above cases must immediately declare their health status upon arrival in Hanoi and notify and commit to the local authorities.

According to the new dispatch, Hanoi is piloting the treatment of asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic F0 in communes, wards and towns with the motto `4 on the spot`, established and operated by districts and towns according to instructions.

In the immediate future, the pilot treatment of mild F0 will be carried out at the Cultural and Sports Center of Thach Ban ward (Long Bien) with a scale of 150 beds;

Hanoi also piloted F1 home quarantine for eligible cases according to regulations of the Ministry of Health and instructions of the Department of Health.

The city continues to maintain the F1 centralized quarantine area in districts and towns that have been established or have not yet been activated;

From October 11 until now, Hanoi has recorded an average of more than 60 F0 per day, much higher than the previous period;
